Student Day, or “Gakusei No Hi,” Event Returns After 8 Year Hiatus
The 2026 Student Day, or “Gakusei No Hi,” event took place on May 15th 2026 at the Walter A. Buehler Alumni Center at UC Davis. The event was hosted by the Japanese Language and Culture Connection student organization under the supervision of Junko Ito sensei to recognize the hard work of students from all Japanese sections and celebrate Japanese culture through skits and performances.
