Andrew Hall graduated U.C. Davis in 2004, and moved to Tokyo the same year. After working as a freelance translator for the better part of a decade, he founded Phase Six Inc., a translation and publishing company dedicated to specialized fields such as hospitality, gaming, entertainment, and documentary.
