According to statistics from the Chronicle of Higher Education, UC Davis is very highly ranked (#6) in terms of the number of majors in foreign languages, literatures, and linguistics receiving Bachelor’s Degrees in 2016-17. And most impressively, we are ranked #1 in Chinese and #2 in Japanese. These are amazing statistics, and testimony to the incredible energy and talent we all dedicate to our students.
